The Legal Aid Clinic of JK Modern Law College, Dhampur is an institutional initiative dedicated to promoting access to justice, legal literacy and awareness of legal rights among members of the community.

The Clinic provides an accessible platform where individuals can seek free preliminary legal consultation and guidance regarding their legal concerns. It aims to assist people in understanding their rights, duties, available legal remedies and appropriate procedures for seeking justice.

The Legal Aid Clinic is also an important part of the College's commitment to social responsibility and community-oriented legal education.

For Law Students

The Legal Aid Clinic provides an opportunity for students of LL.B. and B.A.LL.B. programmes to connect academic knowledge with practical legal service. Under appropriate faculty guidance, students can develop professional skills including client interaction, legal communication, problem identification, legal research and ethical responsibility.
